“This is an updated older motel. Parking is at the door for most rooms. Bedding was excellent. A/C excellent. Blackout drapes excellent. No carpeting so floors were very clean. Dbl queen room had seating for 2. Small fridge with freezer. Coffee in room was excellent. Bathroom had been redone with deep tub/shower combo. Makes for a nice soaking bath. Side of tub was knee high so could be a hindrance for older guests. Bathroom extremely small with standing room for dressing limited to...

“Understaffed but working on training more. Restaurant only open from 7 to 9 for an excellent breakfast buffet. Right across from Kauffman Stadium. Would definitely recommend.”

“The property is very, very clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was simple, but good. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t have time to go into the pool, but it looked very nice. I would 100% stay there again.”

“The room we were originally checked into was not clean. The sheets had a lot of hair on them and some smudges. There was trash on the floor of the bathroom and dead insects. The room smelled. They changed us to a cleaner room, which was tolerable, so we stayed. The pillows were lumpy. The communication for getting checked in was difficult.”

“Black mold in vents, neighbors were extremely loud past midnight, parking lot felt unsafe, staff wasn’t present for check out. I wouldn’t stay here again. The breakfast was the only good thing.”

“They were excavating the driveway and ran the jackhammer, concrete saw and then blew off the parking lot with a leaf blower at 8:00 pm Two days after we left another charge appeared on my credit card for 177.20 I called and was told it was a simple error and they would call me back tomorrow. Never heard back from them ”

“Great stay! The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, our sink didn’t drain, but we told the front desk and they got right on it. We did find lots of hair stuck to the walls of the shower, that was not ours. We told the front desk at checkout and they took notes. We were only there for one night, so hopefully they’ll get it t cleaned up before the next guests arrive. On a brighter note…the breakfast was AMAZING with many options to choose...
