“This was our first time staying at Walnut Waters. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the owners and stay at such a relaxing and well-appointed venue. One of the best experiences was enjoying the beautiful scenery while relaxing on the pond. ”

“The room was acceptable, could have been cleaner but comfortable bed and at a good price. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and pre-packaged rolls and snack cakes--no milk, no juice, no cereal, no fruit--definitely a cut below the breakfasts offered at other places. They did offer a 20% discount at a nearby restaurant where you could go buy breakfast, but part of the adverstized draw was an included breakfast.”

“While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself...

“Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...
